Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to support the HR effectiveness strategy by leading key tasks and initiatives that enable the successful implementation and embedding of HR transformation. This will involve stakeholder management and using specialist skills, including Project Management, Process Design, and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support EMEA HR Effectiveness initiatives regionally in EMEA, and within markets that help drive successful HR transformation and the HR Effectiveness priorities.

  • Engages with other HR teams in markets and globally and build good working relationships that produce effective HR solutions and continuous improvements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Identify and manage opportunities for process improvements within the EMEA Region to enhance HR Effectiveness.

  • Supports the EMEA HRE Director in escalating issues and resolving them, ensuring effective governance is in place.

  • Assists in embedding changes to business-as-usual processes, maintaining documentation and performance indicators to track service quality.

  • Design and deliver end to end change management and communication support for the transformation agenda and other key priority initiatives as part of the HR agenda.

  • Partner with the Global HR systems team, HR Process owners, HR Centres of Excellence and HR transformation leads to assess the change impacts for any changes, including the change, comms, and training effort required.

  • Design and drive the change impact analysis of EMEA HR Effectiveness initiatives ensuring that insights are translated into actionable and measurable outcomes.

  • Responsible for creating the training plan and collateral for new ways of working within our HR processes or Workday.

  • Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance with regional and global HR policies.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Strong project management skills to drive HR transformation and priorities. 

  • Experience of delivering in a fast paced and changing environment.

  • Good knowledge of HR processes and HR systems – ideally Workday

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with HR teams globally and build strong working relationships; able to flex style and engagement depending on the audience.

  • Ability to maintain relationships with regional and global HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Skills in identifying and managing opportunities for process improvements within the EMEA region.

  • Expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end change management and communication support.

  • Ability to embed changes into business-as-usual processes and maintain documentation and performance indicators.

  • Skills in assessing change impacts and coordinating change, communication, and training efforts.

  • Strong communication skills to provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
