Overview:
This position is critical to the success of our contract management process. In this role, you will oversee the administration of ISACA’s Contract Management System, ensuring accuracy, process compliance, and efficiency in document handling. You will oversee the processing of complex contracts, engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that contracts and related materials are properly executed and accurately recorded in our systems. Success in this position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, while thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all contracts receive all required reviews and approvals and are maintained in a central repository.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of ISACA’s Contract Management System, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to contract template governance.
- Creation and organization of files and template contracts.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep them apprised of the status of contract processing or advise on the contract approval process. Provide expert advice on the contract lifecycle and approval workflows.
- Reporting on, maintaining, creating, entering data, and organizing data on various other information systems/databases (currently housed in Jira, PandaDoc, SharePoint).
- Implement special projects or strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Manager, Legal Contracts, aimed at improving contract management efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Content manager for Department’s page on ISACA’s intranet presence.
