Job description

As a Clinical Trials Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the clinical trial sector. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our organization's clinical trial services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our clinical trial capabilities and value proposition.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other sales-related communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, clinical operations, and finance, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote our organization's brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
