What you do :

  • Be our customers’ primary point of contact on all contact channels;
  • Document detailed and accurate customer interactions;
  • Acts as a liaison between the customers and our internal departments by ensuring resolution of all issues;
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of our order management journey, our merchandise trends, our customer marketing programs as well as our  policies and procedures;
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as handle average times, quality of cases, tele-service, and first call resolution;
  • Deliver exceptional and memorable experience while building, cultivating relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty;
  • Be an ambassador for the Reitmans (Canada) Ltd group and represent the company culture and values of Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment in a positive manner.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • College diploma in Administration (or equivalent);
  • One (1) year experience in customer service (experience in a call center or retail store an asset);
  • Excellent customer service skills, good decision making and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Bilingualism is required (English and French - oral and written);
  • Schedule Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:15 pm and weekends from 9 am to 5 pm.
