What you'll do here:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, and other smaller districts).
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, ensuring our world-class solutions meet their needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions to potential and current clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the best approaches for customer engagement.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to refine strategies for flawless execution.

Skills you will need here:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the education sector.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to successfully implement sales strategies and meet strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with K12 Education trends and market.
  • Schedule in-person sales calls to schools and school district customers in Southern California.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
