We are currently in search of a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager/Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic Drainage team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to enhance your technical expertise in stormwater and drainage engineering. You will engage with a varied portfolio of projects, including the formulation of training manuals, master planning, FEMA modeling, mapping, and storm drainage design. Collaborating with esteemed clients such as TxDOT, municipalities, counties, river authorities, and water control improvement districts will ensure a continually enriching professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage in diverse stormwater and drainage projects, ensuring excellence in planning, design, and execution.
  • Apply advanced modeling techniques using tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and Innovyze ICM to support our technical initiatives.
  • Manage projects comprehensively from inception to completion, maintaining quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Remain actively informed about industry trends and advancements in stormwater management to ensure you and your team remain at the forefront of the field.

Required Skills

  • PE License in Texas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with modeling software such as XP SWMM, HEC-RAS 2D, and InfoWorks ICM
  • Familiarity with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
  • GIS experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in drainage-related projects
  • At least 3 years of experience serving as a project technical or task lead
