Job description

Work cohesively with the various Division Presidents and other stakeholders in developing new program opportunities, both fronted and non-fronted, while effectively communicating and vetting those opportunities with the various stakeholders across the company, to include the Core Specialty Executive Management team. Build the structure around delegated authority program business, maintain relationships with the Program Administrators, and oversee ongoing activities related to delegated authority operations.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:

  • Coordinate & communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure information is up to date on new and existing programs.

  • Onboard and oversee new program relationships to ensure profitability, reputational quality, and compliance with Core Specialty’s standards and goals.

  • Perform oversight on controls to ensure the various programs and internal departments are in compliance with Core Specialty contractual and operational standards.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and services as needed to the Program Administrator throughout the duration of the program.

  • Assemble catastrophe modelling data and KPI insights on Cyber programs into a quarterly report that will be reviewed by Executive Management.

  • In addition to the above key responsibilities, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require.


Experience:

  • Knowledgeable in Multiple Lines of Commercial Insurance, including General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, Excess Casualty and others.

  • Experience with Property & Casualty insurance Industry products, analytics, and trends

  • Skilled at project management and execution of final deliverables within specified time frames

  • Collaboration skills that emphasize strong understanding of Relationship Management

  • Knowledgeable in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other communication software.
