Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Designer to support our marketing team. This role will focus on content creation for organic and paid social media channels. This role will support our personal care and grooming brand portfolio, delivering visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand growth. You will develop and execute static and video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring that all visuals align with our brand ethos and connect with our target audience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Design and produce eye-catching static imagery and engaging video content for organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop creative content that tells our brand stories and resonates with our audience in the personal care and grooming sectors.
  • Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and are optimized for each social media platform’s format and audience.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize and edit short-form videos optimized for social channels, focusing on social-first video content like reels, stories, and TikTok videos.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Marketing and paid and channel managers to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals and strategies.
  • Trend Research: Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and new formats to innovate and continually bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and refine creative content based on insights to maximize engagement and ROI.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media design, content creation, or similar roles, preferably within the personal care, beauty, or lifestyle industries.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other relevant design/video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms and content best practices, especially for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience creating high-performing direct-response videos and static ads for paid social.
  • Familiarity with photography and videography principles, lighting, and editing for social media.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics and business goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
