Key Responsibilities

• Conduct numerous consultations via telephone, guiding clients through the debt resolution process and clarifying their options.
• Review and approve settlements, case files, and legal documents prepared by our talented paralegal team.

Required Skills

• An attorney licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
