Job Overview

Join us as a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant in a fully remote capacity, where you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the buying and selling of homes. This role prioritizes enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed, regardless of prior real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential leads and assess properties to identify new acquisition opportunities.
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of real estate.
  • Execute comprehensive due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.
  • Analyze repair costs and ascertain both the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
  • Meet directly with homeowners to present competitive purchase offers.
  • Partner with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven success in consistently ranking within the top 10% of sales professionals in previous positions.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales quotas, particularly through phone sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred to enhance your candidacy for this role.
