As a Virtuoso Applications Trainer, you will: 

  • Create Legendary Value: You will share your knowledge of CNC equipment by delivering exceptional training and CNC programming services to our customers, while on your way to becoming the industry's most knowledgeable and sought-after engineer. 
  • Inspire and Educate: Confidently lead small groups of customers through comprehensive training sessions on their Haas machines. 
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Application Engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and drive customer profitability. 
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a passion for manufacturing, a willingness to travel, and a deep understanding of CNC machines. 

Requirements

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $60,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
