What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth environment
• Expertise in FP&A, strategic finance, and leading finance functions
• M&A experience, especially in overseeing financial integrations
• Strong understanding of the healthcare space, particularly within tech or SaaS companies
• The ability to work independently and grow a finance team as the company scales

Location

This role is based in Wilmington, DE (Greater Philadelphia area), with flexibility for hybrid or remote work for the right candidate. Some travel may be required as part of your leadership responsibilities.
