Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to avoid conflicts and boost productivity.
  • Organize meetings and events, including documentation, venue bookings, and catering.
  • Ensure senior leaders are prepared for meetings and handle communications when needed.
  • Coordinate national and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with projects and event coordination.
  • Handle calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials as required.
  • General administrative support, such as managing expenses and mail.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fast, accurate typing with strong grammar and spelling skills.
