This is a remote position.

Postprocessor Engineer - Remote, Germany based - Fluent in German and English

Overview:

We're seeking a talented Postprocessor Engineer to a multinational company with a strong portofolio of CAD/CAM solutions. In this remote role, you'll play a vital part in developing and maintaining post-processors for our cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize post-processors for various CNC machines.
Create and support user programs through API interface.
Implement solutions through remote support and on-site visits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience with CNC machine tools and programming, particularly 5-axis milling.
Knowledge of a CAD/CAM programming system
Proficiency in a programming language such as C#, C++, VB, or similar.
Strong mathematical understanding, including vector calculations.
Technical training as a cutting machine operator or mechanical engineering technician.
Fluency in German and English.
Flexibility to travel and work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
