This is a remote position.

Schedule


Full-time role, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Singapore/Philippines
Includes 1hr unpaid break

Job Description
As a B2B Telesales Representative, you’ll spearhead our client’s expansion into the corporate events market. You’ll identify and pursue new opportunities, using your sales acumen to showcase the unique value of our client’s venues for various corporate functions. This role offers a perfect blend of strategic thinking and relationship building, allowing you to make a significant impact on a growing hospitality business while potentially earning attractive commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients
  • Identify decision-makers within target companies
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects for event-hosting opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for detailed discussions about event services
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the events business

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B telesales
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a virtual setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
