Role Name: Outbound Sales Agent

Schedule:

  • Part Time - Monday -Friday 10am-5pm one hour unpaid break(6 paid hours per day)

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage potential business clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Hit daily targets related to call volume, lead engagement, and other key performance indicators
  • Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying future opportunities
  • Deliver compelling presentations of company products or services, addressing specific client needs and concerns
  • Participate in sales video calls, showcasing product demos and addressing client queries with confidence
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and provide valuable insights on market trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, documenting all client interactions, feedback, and sales progress


Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven track record in negotiation, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Adaptability to new sales strategies and technologies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
