Job description

This is a remote position.

Monday to Thursday anywhere between 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST (20 hours per week) (12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Manila Time)


Responsibilities
  • Create compelling social media content, including text, graphics, and short videos for clients across different industries like professional services, home services, realtors, contractors, etc.

  • Develop well-organized content calendars and schedules for posting across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Adapt content style and tone to align with each client’s brand voice and target audience

  • Collaborate with the team to understand client strategies and ensure consistent messaging

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging captions and posts

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva

  • Knowledge of video editing software for creating short videos/reels

  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Scope

  • Creating social media content (text, graphics, videos) for 10-15 clients

  • Scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms

  • Collaborating with the team and following established client strategies

  • Monitoring and responding to comments/messages for a select few clients
