Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes, centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimizing processes and installing automation.

 

As a Change Manager you will lead the change management aspects of a significant IT project implementation for our client. This role involves the creation and delivery of change and communication strategies to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders and employees.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Leading change management initiatives for large-scale IT projects.
  • Identify and mitigate key change management risks.
  • Develop comprehensive change and communications plans that align with project goals and timelines.
  • Create clear communication materials that convey key changes and align with overall objectives.
  • Implement change communications at strategic stages to maximize impact and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand effects on stakeholders and processes.
  • Schedule and conduct change workshops to educate and engage stakeholders throughout the change process.
  • Collaborate with HR and process owners to address employee concerns for a smooth transition.
  • Manage key stakeholders effectively, fostering strong relationships for buy-in and support.
  • Utilize team management skills to enhance collaboration and maintain project momentum.
  • Apply strong prioritization skills to manage competing tasks and ensure timely delivery of change activities.
 

To be a good fit for the Change Manager role, you will have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing change in large-scale IT projects
  • Expertise in identifying change management risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Proven ability to create and implement change and communication plans
  • Experience in drafting clear, effective communication materials
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex changes clearly and accessibly
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels
