Job description

Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. 
  • You are not required to work during PH holidays.
  • The offer is inclusive of a laptop and Internet allowance.

About the Role

The senior Art Director will report to the Australian Creative Director, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns across digital and print formats. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior creatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage creative campaigns across multiple Australian Pharmaceutical clients, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards.
  • Design and produce creative assets for both digital and print formats, tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, technical, and client management) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and freelancers, fostering creativity and growth within the team.
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns, adjusting creative assets as needed for maximum impact.
  • Contribute ideas and creative concepts for new client pitches, targeting a wide range of pharmaceutical companies.
 

Experience & Software

  • Minimum of 5 years in an Art Director or Senior Art Director role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
  • Familiarity with InDesign is a must.
  • Experience with healthcare brands is beneficial.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Pre-press and print material experience is a must.
