We invite a Senior Product Manager (GameDev) to join the VeliPlay product team.

Housed within the innovative umbrella of VeliTech, VeliPlay is our dedicated game development studio specialising in e-gaming, crafting exceptional crash games and more. We’re committed to delivering cutting-edge games that engage players with outstanding mechanics and envelop them in rich, immersive narratives.

What to work on?

Responsibilities: 
  • Gather and analyze player feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to shape product features and roadmap
  • Prioritize features based on player feedback, competitive analysis, and company goals
  • Gather, document, and communicate detailed project requirements and specifications, particularly for game development
  • Align team activities with the business roadmap and organize workflows to meet project goals
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, marketing teams, and QA testers to ensure the smooth delivery of game features
  • Serve as the point of contact between the development team and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret game analytics, metrics (retention, engagement), and KPIs
  • Experience in using analytics tools to drive decision-making
  • Review, interpret, and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Supervise the game certification process, ensuring full compliance with required standards and regulations
  • Maintain client satisfaction, understand client needs, and build trustworthy relationships
  • Experience in UX/UI product design, focusing on creating engaging user experiences
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (3 years) in game development or related fields
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch, including post-launch live operations
  • Familiarity with game design processes, game development cycles, and best practices within the industry
  • Experience implementing a large number of external integrations
  • Experience in split testing, building funnels, working with retention, cross and upsales, customer journey map Up-to-date with gaming trends, technologies, and player behavior patterns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting game performance metrics (retention rates, engagement rates, ARPU) 
  • Strong organizational and team coordination skills
  • Understanding unit economy Experience with Google Analytics, questionnaires, prototyping, Google Docs
  • Upper-intermediate level of English and above
