About the role

The role

Welcome to the Intact Lab’s Digital Team! Our talented group – a mix of product, design, software and data experts – is tasked with conceiving, crafting and executing the future of insurance.

As a Digital Operations Coordinator you will report to the VP, Digital and work alongside their team of Directors, assisting with portfolio management, presentation design, and strategic initiatives.

This is a 1-year contract.

What you’ll do here:

• Assist leadership with orchestrating governance and steering committees

• Assist leadership with portfolio planning and multiyear roadmapping

• Synthesize content and produce engaging presentations

• Own and organize the management mini-intranet

• Assist leadership with documenting, executing, and following up on action items

• Execute ad hoc strategic assignments and research initiatives

• Research and curate industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and customer insights

What you bring to the table:

• 5 years experience working in digital operations, product management or a similar field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Passion for digital and customer experiences

• Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders

• Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working autonomously

• Highly empathetic, inclusive and team player

• Bilingualism (French- English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking and French-speaking colleagues across the country

• No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
