Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Faire équipe avec ses collègues des RH : Formuler des recommandations et des conseils sur des questions de rémunération et sur les programmes connexes afin d’appuyer notre communauté de partenaires d’affaires RH.
  • Assurer l’excellence : Veiller à la prestation efficace des programmes par l’entremise des partenaires d’affaires RH et fournir occasionnellement un soutien direct aux employés et aux gestionnaires.
  • Innovation et amélioration :  Participer à l’élaboration, au lancement et à l’amélioration continue des programmes, activités et outils de rémunération.
  • Stimuler la recherche et l’analyse : Effectuer des recherches approfondies, des analyses et de la valorisation et fournir des recommandations initiales sur les activités et les initiatives de rémunération.
  • Évaluation comparative et conformité : Effectuer l’évaluation comparative annuelle et assurer la conformité à la législation sur la parité salariale et les exercices connexes.
  • Assistance aux évaluations annuelles du personnel : Participer activement au processus d’évaluation annuelle du personnel, à la formation de la direction et à la validation des hausses salariales proposées.
  • Créer de nouvelles familles d’emplois : Contribuer à la création de nouvelles familles d’emplois en menant des entrevues, en recueillant des données du marché et en formulant des recommandations salariales appropriées.
  • Se tenir informé : Rester au courant des tendances et des enjeux à l’interne et à l’externe ayant des effets sur la position de McKesson sur le marché, la satisfaction du personnel et les stratégies du personnel au Canada.

Qualités et titres requis

  • Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en relations industrielles ou en ressources humaines
  • De 3 à 5 années d’expérience en rémunération ou dans des domaines pertinents

Compétences clés

  • Une expérience dans des milieux de travail syndiqués constitue un atout
  • Une maîtrise de la méthodologie de sondage et des systèmes d’évaluation d’emploi par cotation numérique
  • D’excellentes compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes
  • Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français) avec d’excellentes aptitudes à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Un excellent sens des affaires et une personne axée sur le service à la clientèle
  • Une polyvalence et une adaptabilité aux conditions et aux priorités changeantes du milieu des affaires
  • Une maîtrise des logiciels Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Workday ou tout autre système d’information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Analyst, Total Rewards will play a key role in developing, implementing and maintain our compensation programs across Canada.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Peers: Provide recommendations and advice on compensation topics and related programs to support our HR Business Partner community.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure effective program delivery through HR Business Partners and occasionally provide direct support to employees and managers.
  • Innovate and Improve:  Participates in the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, activities, and tools.
  • Drive Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, analysis, costing, and provide initial recommendations on compensation activities and initiatives.
  • Benchmarking and Compliance: Perform annual benchmarking analysis and ensure compliance with Pay Equity legislation and related exercises.
  • Support Annual Review: Actively participate in the annual compensation review process, , management training, and validation of proposed increases.
  • Create New Job Families: Assist in creating new job families by conducting interviews, gathering market data, and developing appropriate salary recommendations.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of internal and external trends/issues affecting McKesson’s market position, employee satisfaction, and People Strategies in Canada.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources.
  • 3-5years of experience in compensation or relevant fields.

Key Competencies

  • Experience in unionized environments is an  asset.
  • Proficiency in survey methodology and point-factor job evaluation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fully bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Solid business acumen and customer focus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Workday, or any other HRIS.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$82,400 - $137,400
