As an IT Support Specialist at Bolt, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems and tools. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support to team members and colleagues, and implementing initiatives that optimize our IT processes.

  • <point>Developing and implementing solutions or best practices to enhance efficiency and documenting the  solutions by updating the internal knowledge base with guides and workflows </point>
  • <point>Helping with onboarding and offboarding people</point>
  • <point>Responding to and solving help desk tickets and providing support to employees, outsourcers, and franchise partners in a timely manner</point>
  • <point>Conveying a data-driven approach to prove hypotheses and suggesting improvements</point>
