<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

<point> Own, manage, and drive the expansion of the Bolt Ride Hailing business in assigned cities, with responsibility for its Profit and Loss (P&L) </point>
<point>Oversee programs and projects focused on business growth and process enhancements, aiming to deliver outstanding service to users and drivers.</point>
<point>Formulate and execute strategies to improve the value proposition for drivers and riders, increase the supply base, and enhance performance and retention.</point>
<point>Engage in Business Development to identify new revenue opportunities, forge partnerships, and negotiate and structure contracts, including collaborations with driver and vehicle fleets.</point>
<point>Lead and develop a team of Operations Specialists to ensure the successful implementation of all projects, programs, and activities.</point>
<point>Advise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency</point>

<point>You have 5+ years of experience in an analytical, consulting, or managerial role.</point>
<point>You possess a data-driven analytical mindset and skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel as a requirement.</point>

<point>You preferably have experience in P&L management and business development.</point>
<point>You ideally have experience managing new product launches or market entry processes.</point>
<point>You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Swahili.</point>
