BSc in Industrial Engineering, Economy or Accounting, Up to 2 years’ experience in supply chain or operations, Experience in a high-tech company - a plus, Excellent English, additional languages are a plus, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for customer operational issues
- Manage order processing from PO to delivery
- Handle customer escalations and initiate resolutions
- Issue weekly reports on order status and financial aspects
- Improve processes and lead automation initiatives
