TOP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead projects of varying complexity; drive information gathering to capture details for requirements, scope, benefits, ROI, and success metrics.
• Facilitate meetings and lead collaborative cross-functional teams to drive alignment of process and technology solutions.
• Ensure stakeholders have visibility into project progress including milestones, impacts to schedule, scope, and/or cost.
• Liaise consultatively with internal business lines and provide recommendations to support strategies that achieve business objectives.
Other responsibilities and opportunities:
• Coordinate the creation of test plans including scenarios, account staging, system access, resources, and approvals.
• Conduct research studies. document findings and prepare recommendations in response to requests for new technologies.
• Ensure administrative tasks are managed in accordance with project governance timelines including documentation for new project requests; project hours tracking and resource allocations; status reports; and escalations.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, may require evenings and weekends to support off-hours project deployments that require testing/validation.
• Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Management or Leadership is preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred.
• PMO experience helpful.
• 3 years Project Management experience.
• 5 years of Project Management experience in lieu of education or certification.
• Experience leading initiatives that support back-office operational advancements through technology and process improvements is preferred.
• Financial Services experience is preferred.
• MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint with proficiency in building timelines and road maps, Excel with proficiency in advanced formulas for data analysis, ROI calculations, and forecasts; SharePoint Cloud.

- Salary commensurate with experience with an expected range of $77,000- $105,000/year.
