Regional Enterprise Channel Business Development Manager

As the Regional Enterprise Channel Business Development Manager, you will develop initiatives to promote business through existing and new partnerships, developing a standardized approach for regional collaboration with partners. Your business development experience, strategic thinking and project management skills will be essential in designing and executing partner initiatives that support growth and enhance engagement within our partner ecosystem.

Jabra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Enterprise Channel Business Development Manager with proven project management skills. You will coordinate initiatives to advance business through existing and new partnerships, enhancing engagement within our partner ecosystem.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Regional Program Strategy and Development: 

  • Promote partner recruitment and engagement via the Jabra Video Experts Channel (JVEC) program. 
  • Develop a future strategy for JVEC aligned with business priorities. 
  • Collaborate with teams to meet regional needs and implement supportive programs. 
  • Establish procedures and metrics for program effectiveness. 

Regional Alignment and Consistency: 

  • Standardize processes for partner collaboration across regions. 
  • Maintain effective communication channels for stakeholder alignment. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks in partner programs. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. 

Performance Tracking and Reporting: 

  • Monitor program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Generate reports with insights and recommendations for improvements. 

Partner Engagement and Relationship Management: 

  • Build positive relationships with partners, addressing their needs and challenges. 
  • Collaborate with sub-regional partner management to identify joint initiatives. 
  • Work with the Channel Team and YellowHub Business Owner to promote platform initiatives. 

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in program or partner management.
  • Good understanding of partner ecosystems and channel strategies.
  • Proven completed project in designing effective partner programs.
  • Good business development and project management skills.

Personally, you are well-suited to environments that constantly shift, and approach issues with "yes-first" mentality.
