We are looking for a Digital Delivery Senior Solution Architect, who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you will have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. You will become a part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive team, supporting project coordination with virtual design and construction (VDC) initiatives, including building information modeling (BIM), and plant information modeling (PIM). You will provide technical support and expertise in software used to execute process and piping engineering design and be responsible for supporting the implementation and integration of those tools into our project execution strategies. As an integral part of the global engineering team, you will have a hand in solving issues, supporting improvements, and defining solutions within our current and future engineering tool stack, including documenting new business cases, developing, and implementing workflows, and training teams to support our global execution. You will work with stakeholders to identify metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support data-driven business initiatives. • At least 15+ years of design experience with manufacturing projects (Life Sciences project experience desired but not required)

• Working knowledge of process design in 3D modeling software and cross platform experience for CAD packages (e.g. Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Plant3D, SmartPlant, Integraph CADWorx, Bentley Microstation)

• Elevated level of experience in the use of Smart P&IDs, including set-up, configuration, and customization in an integrated environment

• Recognized database administration (DBA) certifications and/or training

• Knowledge of correlation between the P&ID database and the 3D piping model is preferred.

• Experience in writing custom code and creating custom applications to automate drawing processes and harness engineering data.

• Working knowledge in what it takes to ensure data and database integrity.

• Experience in creating user training material, workflows, work instructions and detailed technical specifications for using database applications.

• The ability to lead and experience in managing and supervising workloads for a design team supporting engineering projects in a global environment.

• The ability to manage and create reporting options throughout the project lifecycle via custom built reports directly from the engineering tool or through external software like Microsoft Access or Excel.
