Job description

Our client is an off-shore Managed Service Provider that is looking for a remote recruitment partner as they expand their global reach.
They are seeking an experienced recruiter to support their talent acquisition efforts by sourcing top talent across various disciplines.

Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to identifying top talent in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand the specific hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates from diverse channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess suitability based on client needs.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and facilitate communications between candidates and the internal recruitment team.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate compliance with international hiring standards.
  • Stay informed about global recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all processes comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an offshore or international setting.
  • Strong understanding of global talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in recruiting for tech roles is preferred.
