ChristianaCare has an exciting full time, employed, remote opportunity for a Senior Candidate Generation Specialist to join ChristianaCare’s Medical Group Talent Acquisition Team (MG TA). This individual will partner with Medical Group (MG) Recruiters, Clinical, and Operational Leaders to create and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies with the focus of building robust and diverse talent pipelines of candidates for Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Leadership, and other healthcare positions. This position will be part of the 13 person MG TA Team and reports to the Director of Provider Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for the Medical Group.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Minimum of three-(3) years’ work experience performing candidate sourcing responsibilities that includes mining online candidate databases and creating brand awareness campaigns in full cycle, high volume recruitment service delivery required. 
  • Results-driven with experience in creating and implementing comprehensive candidate identification strategies required. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare recruiting industry preferred. 

Responsibilities:

  • The MG Senior Candidate Generation Specialist develops and implements a comprehensive sourcing framework to builds diverse talent pipelines for Physicians, APCs, Leaders, and other MG business/hiring needs utilizing social media platforms, targeted advertising campaigns, as well as resident and fellowship databases.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders and MG TA to improve talent outreach, including intake meetings, crafting job postings, and supporting recruitment events.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that build diverse candidate pools and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Develop and manage MG recruitment brand awareness campaigns and communication on LinkedIn, Facebook, and the ChristianaCare career site.
  • Partner with recruiters to identify primary competitors and candidate sources for key jobs within assigned areas and develops comprehensive strategies to reach them including social media, advertising, candidate database mining, networking, training program research, CV searches, etc.
  • Oversee multiple external vendor relationships and contract negotiations, successfully reducing subscription fees with annual contracts.
  • Stays abreast of emerging technologies and social media tools to enhance awareness.
  • Conduct searches on multiple online databases including but not limited to LinkedIn, PracticeLink, Doc Delta, Healthecareers and Med Navigator as an expert user on these platforms. Identifies the right candidates to target and writes creative action provoking emails to compel candidates to respond.
  • Schedules and prepares MG TA recruitment collateral and marketing material for national and regional recruitment conferences.
  • Represents CC at career events/conferences both in person and virtually as needed.
  • Stays abreast of what’s happening in the local, regional, and national healthcare markets to advise the TA team of potential sources of candidates and provide competitor information.
  • Researches and makes recommendations regarding best practices to enhance talent outreach and brand awareness efforts.

Special Requirements:

While this role is remote, some travel on site and to local and national conferences is required.

Physical Demands:

Frequent sitting for extended periods with intermittent standing, walking. Extended standing during events which require exhibiting. Some lifting, carrying of boxes, pushing, and pulling.
