Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact our operations.
Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated into business processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the software or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to our industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is a plus.
