Who you are

Qohash is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Executive to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Strategic Account Executive plays a dual role in driving the growth of Qohash by hunting for both direct opportunities and selling our innovative solutions through our Partner ecosystem. By diligently following the Qohash sales process and articulating the value of our products, the Strategic Account Executive is responsible for nurturing relationships with both customers and channel partners.

What you will do

As a Strategic Account Executive, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Perform quota planning and mapping to identify accounts that create a path to quota achievement well ahead of time and develop a clear plan of action to generate these accounts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly sales performance to aid in strategic planning and alignment with business goals.
  • Be our partner's most prominent advocate and primary point of contact. Initiate, foster, and improve relationships while helping to maintain Qohash's positive reputation
  • Develop and maintain a meticulous plan to identify partner opportunities and create a clear path to achieve and exceed the Partner-sourced ARR quota.
  • Diligently follow the Qohash sales process, actively seeking opportunities and articulating the value of our products to customers.
  • Perform lead prospecting efforts based on the top-down list of accounts that fit Qohash's ideal customer profile.
  • Develop close relationships with channel partners to access qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct solution demos as part of the sales process.
  • Maintain the CRM (Hubspot) up to date, ensuring that every customer interaction is recorded accurately.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes and training sessions to help the sales team learn from mistakes and benefit from learning from the field.

 

What your resume shows

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity, data security, or related field.
  • Experience with channels and partner programs in the technological and Saas industry
  • Strong domain expertise (at least 3 years)  of cybersecurity and cybersecurity operations within regulated organizations, such as Banking, Finserv, Tech, Healthcare, Public Sector.
  • Proven ability to manage large enterprise sales cycles involving multiple parties and anticipating next steps.
  • Capability to handle smaller deals where velocity is essential due to lower subscription amounts.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in identifying and pursuing enterprise sales leads that align with Qohash’s Ideal Customer Profile. 

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with Data Security, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), firewalls, SIEM, EDRs, and other related technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales processes such as MEDDIC
