Job Description

Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. 10+ years’ experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for fairly significant cross-functional business processes and policies with significant impact to the company or practice.
  • Identifies opportunities for cross-functional or cross-company process / protocol improvement and implements and coordinates them. May be responsible for multiple contract / sub-contractor relationships that have a significant impact to overall company performance.
  • Responsible for moderate sized practice or company-wide business systems identification, prioritization and improvement with broad impact across practices, functions or the enterprise.
  • Accountable for budget management for a significant process or initiative at the practice or company level. Support management of portfolio of contracts at the practice or company level.

Additional responsibilities include:

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain project management tools and detailed plans for program and technology updates.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, marketing, finance) to coordinate and manage projects.


Meeting Coordination and Action Tracking

  • Prepare meeting agendas and ensure effective documentation of meeting notes.
  • Capture and communicate action items, following up with responsible parties to ensure completion.
  • Attend client and stakeholder meetings, offering operational support as needed.


Operational Support

  • Provide materials and documentation to support program and senior operations managers in client-facing presentations.
  • Liaise between the data analytics team and program managers to communicate data analysis needs and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Participate in the strategic development of processes, contributing insights from client and internal meetings.


Technology Tools

  • Utilize project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Basecamp to organize and track projects.
  • Leverage strong organizational and time management skills to maintain project efficiency.

Compensation Range

$59,500.00 - $89,200.00
