Job description

Full-Time Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges through telehealth platforms. As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will offer compassionate care and support, helping patients adopt holistic approaches to their wellness.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provides remote counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues through virtual platforms.
  • Consults and collaborates with family members and support systems via telecommunication regarding treatment and discharge planning for clients.
  • Communicates with physicians online to update them on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.
  • Maintains accurate and timely digital records, including clinical notes and progress reports, in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Collaborates closely with remote healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments and standard social work interventions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Active California state licensure as LPCC.
  • You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Well-versed in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
  • You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client care by actively listening to client needs and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
