We are FRAMOS, a global high-tech company with over 180 employees. We are looking for a Workplace Manager who will join our North American team part-time. You will be the local go-to person for all employees in our Ottawa office and for all colleagues working remotely from Canada and the US. Â
Reporting to the People Operations & Workplace Lead, you will work closely with our European team based in Germany and Croatia.
- You will oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workspace
- You will maintain office policies and procedures
- You will manage office supplies and inventory
- You will coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- You will ensure a clean and organized office environment
- You will execute Health and Safety procedures
- You will assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes
- You will support People department with administrative tasks
- You will plan and execute company events and meetings
