Job description

Mainz Brady Group is currently recruiting for a remote Software Engineer for a media client. This position is a 12 month contract and is 100% remote. Please review and send your resume to resume@mbg.com for consideration.

You’ll work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Django, React, and best software engineering practices to improve system performance, scalability, and availability. This role involves designing video content management applications, writing efficient code, and supporting on-call operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in software development, proficiency in Java or Python.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud systems (AWS), and frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and testing frameworks like Jenkins, Spinnaker, and Karate.
