Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire loan process.
• Effectively manage your workload to ensure a seamless loan pipeline.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering regular updates and support.
• Process a diverse range of loan types, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM refinance and purchase loans.
• Verify and collect necessary documentation, such as credit reports, income statements, asset verification, title reports, and appraisals.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters and loan officers to facilitate timely closings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analytical skills to calculate income accurately while managing multiple tasks.
• Adhere to deadlines and maintain a healthy volume of loans in your pipeline.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in processing Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans.
• Knowledgeable in disclosures and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in using Arive (LOS) software.
• Strong capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, service-oriented demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and honest in all transactions.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt.
