Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nonprofit Program Data Manager to join our passionate team, committed to fostering educational equity and empowering students to overcome systemic challenges on their path to college graduation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of our Salesforce database and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective data collection and analysis that informs program evaluation and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance our Salesforce database to optimize data management.
  • Lead data collection and analysis efforts that align with our Key Performance Indicators.
  • Compile and present comprehensive reports and summaries from complex data sets for diverse teams.
  • Conduct research and manage data initiatives for program evaluation and analysis.
  • Inspire a culture of data-driven evaluation and learning throughout the organization.
  • Establish and uphold organizational data standards and quality assurance protocols.
  • Represent the organization effectively to external stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for our summer programming initiatives.
  • Assist in fundraising activities and program events throughout the year.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, particularly with data systems, program evaluation, and outcome measurement.
  • Proficient in Salesforce; Salesforce Administrator certification or pursuit of certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong passion for educational equity, especially for underserved, immigrant, and diverse communities of color.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork in a close-knit environment.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Annual starting salary range: \(75,000 - \)85,000, with a higher salary for candidates possessing Salesforce Administrator certification.

Work Environment & Expectations
