How you can make a difference

We are looking for a highly collaborative and seasoned Senior UX Designer to join our product design team.
In this role, you will have a measurable impact on improving user experiences across our products and services, driving design strategies that delight users and align with business goals.

You will work closely with a dedicated group of designers, product managers, and engineers to guide product vision and transform complex challenges into simple, engaging solutions that improve our users’ lives.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to connect the dots between business needs, innovation, and good user-centered design practices while executing design solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create transformative product experiences that captivate and empower users, driving engagement and setting new standards for innovation.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand specific objectives and lead design efforts to tackle complex problems and produce innovative solutions.
  • Apply expert knowledge in visual and interaction design principles to independently produce sketches, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity design comps, and interactive prototypes. Your work will ensure an intuitive and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
  • Effectively articulate and present design decisions and rationale by synthesizing customer insights, business objectives, and market research into clear, compelling narratives. You will ensure all stakeholders—from design to engineering and product—understand the ‘why’ behind your design choices.
  • Champion user advocacy from discovery to delivery, crafting personas and journeys that evolve with the user’s needs, ensuring an optimal and ever-improving experience.
  • Plan, conduct, and iterate on both qualitative and quantitative research throughout the product lifecycle, delivering actionable insights that fuel design improvements.
  • Clearly communicate context, user-centric goals, and objectives considering the audience when presenting work.
  • Own the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless handoff to engineering while maintaining design integrity and alignment with product goals.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on delivering user and business value, proving design’s measurable impact on user satisfaction, engagement, and long-term product success.

What you will need to be successful

  • Proven experience leading UX design for customer-facing applications, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Expert in human-centered design, with a strong track record of creating responsive web and mobile-first applications.
  • Health benefits experience is a plus, particularly in addressing complexity, privacy, and compliance challenges.
  • Detail-oriented, maintaining high standards in UI design and visual consistency across all products.
  • Skilled in user research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communicator, with expertise in presenting design decisions and user insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Accessibility advocate, with experience designing inclusive products that comply with WCAG standards.
  • Facilitator of design workshops and discovery sessions that foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Proficient in Figma & FigJam for design, collaboration, and prototyping.
  • Effective at managing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
