As Limble’s Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for administrating CPQ software and supporting the sales team in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals. You’ll align pricing strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance to company policies to structure deals that mutually benefit Limble and its customers.

How you’ll make an impact:

You'll know you're crushing your goals when the CPQ tool operates seamlessly with Salesforce, Ironclad, and finance systems, sales reps are leveraging you and the system you’ve architected with our Salesforce Administrators and you’re contributing to complex deal construction, approval streams, and compliance. You will achieve this by focusing on the following areas:

  • Streamlined Sales Processes via automation of quotes to eliminate manual errors and time spent in manual creation as well as standardizing pricing and discounting rules to eliminate errors and revenue leakage.

  • Training & Support by providing guidance and training to sales reps on deal desk processes, pricing models, and negotiation tactics.

  • Improved Deal Management with better deal visibility, identification of potential issues early, and enhanced deal structuring of complex deals that maximize profitability and Limble’s ability to meet customer expectations and needs.

  • Increased Revenue and Profitability through pricing optimization that sets competitive yet profitable prices to leverage historical company and market trends as well as proactive suggested upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase ACV.

  • Improved Customer Experience via faster quote turnaround and personalized/tailored solutions, especially for complex larger customers.

  • Data-Driven Insights in the form of  reporting on valuable data and insights on sales performance, deal velocity, pricing effectiveness, changes in inter- and cross-period subscription revenue, as well as improved forecast accuracy.

  • Scalability by building systems that handle larger quote and deal volume efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations supporting deal desk, or finance in a B2B SaaS business.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite ERP

  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales cycles, and contract negotiations.

  • Experience in an enterprise B2B software sales environment with strong understanding of SaaS agreements including seat-based and consumption-based subscription models, support, services, and partnership contracts.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to solve problems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and to identify data inaccuracies and diagnose and own the development of solutions to correct disparities programmatically.
