Our client has a brand-new opportunity for an Education Analyst to join their team for a remote position and provide support for users worldwide. This Analyst must have the ability to perform Google image searches, utilize Google Translate, and interact with contractors and client staff in platforms such as Slack and Zoom.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the streamlining of applications by students and faculty members applying for client's academic discounts
Research and identify schools and academic email domains
Process requests from Support teams to ensure application systems are running smoothly
Suggest improvements to automated processes and actively participate in projects created for the team
Detect and block instances of suspicious user activity

Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting that evolves frequently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Have the desire to help others, find solutions, and overcome roadblocks
Ability to notice emerging trends and improvement opportunities, think creatively, and brainstorm solutions

Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal

$31.00 per hour
