Join Elixirr Digital as an Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator where you’ll leverage your skills in Microsoft 365 security for our client —while working directly with senior IT leadership and end users. You’ll not only implement and manage cutting-edge security solutions but also build strong relationships to help clients drive their cybersecurity strategy.

In this role, you'll be engaging with Heads of IT, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to provide hands-on support and ensure robust, secure systems. What will you be doing as a Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator at Elixirr Digital?

  • Manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on Exchange Online, Identity, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Collaborate with senior IT leadership to design and implement security strategies that align with business needs.
  • Perform proactive security assessments, manage incident response, and lead investigations for Microsoft 365.
  • Provide guidance and support for identity management, authentication, and access controls, ensuring strong protection across the organization.
  • Work closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with end users and technical teams to deliver solutions and drive adoption of best security practices.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 security tools and related technologies.


Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 security, particularly in managing Exchange Online, Identity, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders such as Heads of IT, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in identity management and security best practices within Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Excellent communication skills—fluency in English is essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, both within technical teams and across business units.
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, ensuring you can work effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience in endpoint security, mobile device management, and data loss prevention is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or equivalent are preferred.
