Job Overview

As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will be instrumental in propelling our success by enhancing core functions such as Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive leadership team, you will drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery: Craft and position tailored product solutions throughout the sales process, with the goal of achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and present product demonstrations aligned with their requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Address inquiries regarding product features and technical specifications from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Product Feedback: Offer valuable insights to product management concerning enhancements that could meet customer demands and enhance value.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Disseminate best practices and reusable materials among Solution Consultants to elevate team quality and efficiency.
  • Market Awareness: Remain informed about competitive landscapes and market differentiation.
  • Event Support: Engage in marketing initiatives such as briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Required Skills

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering, with a solid understanding of cloud software solutions or related technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant platforms or technologies.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work productively with product management, marketing teams, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory Management: Proficient in pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
