Job Overview

We are in search of a compassionate and dedicated Call Center Representative, also known as a Veterinary Care Coordinator, to become part of our expanding remote team. If you are passionate about providing support to pets and their families during their time of need, we invite you to apply. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful interactions with pet families seeking our services, offering the necessary guidance and support during challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through positive engagement with pet families.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls within a remote setting.
  • Display reliability and sound judgment by adhering to schedules and responsibilities.
  • Accurately gather and document pet medical information, while effectively scheduling appointments.
  • Consistently meet productivity, quality, and performance objectives.
  • Navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and composure.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure that pet families and veterinarians receive exceptional support.
  • Maintain punctuality and fulfill all performance standards, including attendance and deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to uphold our commitment to exemplary customer service.

Required Skills

  • Experience in high-volume customer service or call center environments.
  • Quick adaptability to custom software and proficiency in tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, GoToConnect, Slack, and NICEInContact.
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility in adapting to new processes.
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability for every shift.
  • Previous experience working remotely or in an environment with limited peer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to participate in a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the commencement of employment. Attendance during this training is crucial, and employment will begin only after successful completion of the program.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods and proficiently use a computer keyboard.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Compensation And Benefits
