Our company, established on March 11, 2022, by multiple publishing houses and trading companies, focuses on two main businesses: AI publishing and distribution optimization solutions, and RFID solutions. We aim to enhance and utilize data in the publishing industry through these endeavors.

We will leverage digital transformation (DX) to address structural challenges within the publishing industry from innovative perspectives.
The publishing industry faces several structural challenges that urgently need improvement. Through the application of DX, we will tackle these challenges from fresh angles. 部長の下で、IT基盤インフラチームと連携したうえで、
RFIDソリューション関連システムの開発・実装・運用、事業計画策定、KPI管理、ベンダー管理 RFIDタグのエンコーディング情報の規格・仕様・運用、及びシステム開発チーム運営リード

【事業部について】
IoTソリューション事業部 RFID、いわゆるICタグを出版物に装着し、記録された各種データを用いて、在庫や販売条件の管理、棚卸の効率化や売り場における書籍推奨サービス、そして万引き防止に至るまで、各種のサービスを運営し、書店のオペレーション・経営改善(多様な販売条件管理の実現、リアルタイムでの売上、在庫参照など)を中心に出版流通の課題解決の支援を行います。

    We are seeking an IT Solution Business Department Technology and Development Section Chief (System Development) for our IoT Solution Business Department. (There is a possibility that, based on the selection process, an offer at the deputy chief level may also be considered.)

    [Specifically]

    • Working under the department head, in collaboration with the IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of RFID solution-related systems. This includes creating business plans, KPI management, and vendor management.
    • Leading the RFID tag encoding information standardization, specifications, and operations, as well as overseeing the system development team.

    [About the Business Division] IoT Solution Business Department We operate various services using RFID tags attached to publications. These services involve utilizing recorded data for inventory and sales condition management, efficient inventory checks, book recommendations in stores, and even theft prevention. Our main focus is on improving bookstore operations and management, which includes realizing diverse sales condition management and providing real-time sales and inventory information.

Minimum Requirements

・システム開発・運用経験者
・プログラムや設計書が読めること
・予算、工程、課題、品質管理の経験
・サプライチェーン(トレーサビリティ)関連システム(クラウドベースのシステムであればベター)の開発&運用経験
・上記システムと連結するERP(会計・営業系システム)、在庫システム、POSシステムの開発&運用経験若しくは知見保有
・各開発ベンダーと連携し、基本・個別保守/開発対応する一定レベルのマネジメントスキル
