Job Title: Remote ServiceNow Admin (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $4,000 - 5,000 USD/month depending on experience


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 hours daily on Eastern Time Zone

Job Overview:

The ServiceNow Administrator (SN Admin) is responsible for the support, maintenance, and updates of ServiceNow and various workflows and applications within ServiceNow. The SN Administrator will interact with the SN development team, other IT support teams, and various business teams.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and ITIL
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and coding
  • Understanding of database management and data modeling concepts
  • Knowledge of technical records and problem-solving methodologies
  • Preferred experience supporting highly available software and hardware solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
