Job Title: Real Estate Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee both seller and buyer transactions, including scheduling necessary inspections and site visits.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with precision.
  • Prepare MLS listings and draft essential real estate documents to facilitate sales.
  • Contribute to monthly marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and the creation of promotional materials.
  • Effectively communicate messages to the broker through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and memos.
  • Manage the broker's calendar, team meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including order pickups.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to tight deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MLS software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Valid transportation for occasional local travel.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support capacity, ideally within the real estate domain.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Residence within San Diego County is necessary.
  • Possession of a real estate license is highly preferred.
