As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will assist our Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries, providing timely solutions and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly address and effectively resolve inquiries related to electronic products and services.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep skills sharp and knowledge up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in the electronics industry, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor that helps build lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment.
