As a Product Manager at Insense, you are the leader responsible for developing a top-notch product in the Creator Commerce space, making it the go-to choice for e-commerce businesses and micro-influencers. You are expected to constantly find customer pain points and market insights, using this knowledge to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

At Insense, the Creator marketplace is at the heart of our product. Your task is to closely track its business and product metrics and leverage this information to automate and optimize the marketplace experience, influencing customer behavior positively.

📍This role is open to anyone based in Americas or EMEA Time Zone

⏰ Availability from 9 am to 12 pm EST is required for all EMEA candidate.

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • Professional spoken and written English.
  • 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in creator-focused platforms or marketplaces
  • 2 years with proven experience leading a product squad 
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and working with Product designers to create creator-centric solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relations with internal & external stakeholders, including creators
  • Strong tendency to be proactive rather than reactive. Demonstrated self-driven behavior
  • Passion and empathy for content creators and understanding of their ecosystem
  • Experience with various qualitative user research methods in different stages of product development cycle, particularly focused on creator needs and behaviors
  • Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data related to creator performance, engagement, and retention
  • Proven ability to create a product map for creator-focused features, manage and explain priorities on a bi-weekly basis
  • Ability to identify, shape & validate opportunity hypotheses for creator growth and retention. Familiarity with a variety of test & learn techniques, along with capability to make sound judgment calls
  • Proven ability to make decisions and take a creative approach to solving problems in the creator economy

Bonus points:

    • Supply-side experience in a marketplace
    • Experience with mobile product development
    • Working with SQL, writing queries and creating dashboards
    • Product experience with a focus on the US or European markets
    • Asynchronous working experience with a distributed team
    • Experience with modern tools (no code / GPTs / APIs) that can speed MVP time-to-market significantly
    • Understanding of influencer marketing trends and best practices
Responsibilities
    • Own and drive creator activation and retention strategies
    • Develop and implement incentive and disincentive loops to encourage desired behaviors and consistently improve creator quality
    • Design and execute systematic creator education programs to enhance their relevance and support career development
    • Build and refine mechanisms to match the right creator with the right campaign
    • Analyze creator behavior across multiple interfaces (desktop and mobile) to improve metrics and user experience
    • Gain insights from creators to enhance the product and platform features
    • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure fast time-to-market for creator-focused features
    • Be an advocate for creators; master creator profiles & pain points to address them via product changes
    • Build effective communication with cross-functional teams to improve metrics and company goals related to the creator marketplace
