Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Senior Demand and Supply Planner to join our remote team. This pivotal role demands a data-driven approach to optimize the flow of materials within our organization, ensuring operational efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement detailed supply plans aimed at fulfilling both immediate and future demand requirements.
• Evaluate inventory levels and refine stock management practices to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Design and execute supply strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to minimize risks and enhance performance outcomes.
• Oversee raw material inventory management to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Facilitate the transfer of raw materials between manufacturing locations.
• Assist with various supply chain functions as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Proficient in MS Excel at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with organizational prowess.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams.
